The Black Vulcanising Cement comes with green [uncured] tack and its inseparable cured adhesion. The BVC could either be sprayed or brushed after adjusting the viscosity using suitable solvents. The suspension of rubber compound in a suitable solvent; when applied on the buffed tyre casing helps the tread rubber [precured and die-size] to remain in position till the casing is placed in the mould or enclosed in the envelope.
