Key Features of Ribbon Lap Stop Motion System
- One for the feed end and another for the lap end.
- When the lap becomes empty at the feed end, the leaving fibre lap interrupts the signal path to stop the machine.
- Only two sets of sensors are required, one set for the lap end and another for the feed end with a single control unit.
- Piecing can be done easily to achieve continuity of the fleece.
- Top rollers lapping are avoided as machine stops immediately.
