Yarn Break Detector for Two-ply Yarn Production is developed to control yarn breaks when 2 ply yarns are being produced on a ring spinning frame. Yarn Break Detector for Two-ply Yarn Production can detect breaks on either of the 2 single yarns or on the 2 ply yarn. A red light is positioned on each spindle, lights up when a yarn break is detected. This detector can be connected to the roving stop motion device BP-06 to stop both roving, if a single or the two ply yarn is broken, thus preventing the production of a single yarn.
