The Size Cooking Vessel is manufactured by Dhara Engineering Works. The Size Cooking Vessel is compatible to any grade or size, ensuring low viscosity even with starch sizes. It is designed to ensure easy operation and Maintenance. The stainless steel pressure vessel is glass wool insulation jacketed on out side to prevent heat loss. The stainless steel multi stirrer is positively driven by high torque AC motor coupled with gearbox, direct steam inlet in vessel is through perforated stainless steel tube, charging cum main hole is on the top of vessel with hinged covers & eyebolts, indirect steam heating coil will be provided for to be use as a strong vessel, steam pressure gauges, temperature gauge, sampling cock etc.
