The Empty Beam Trolley is suitable for empty beam transporting, loading / unloading in loom shed and beaming section. The carrying capacity is up to 400 kgs and beam flange sizes up to 1250 mm. The beam barrel is 350 mm diameter. Allwin Industries is manufacturing Empty Beam Trolley.

The Empty Beam Trolley is low built, compact, and narrow width trolley. The trolley is fabricated from steel plates and angles supported by four guide wheels at four corners, turning 3600 for easy movements of forward and sideways direction. The half round pan is placed in centre and upper position is connected to lifting levers and hydraulic cylinders for raising or lowering the beam when loaded on barrel. The back end of the trolley is fitted with hydraulic unit & hand pump which is connected to one hydraulic cylinder in centre. The beam rests on flanges on floor.
