• Elemental iron - 100mg

• Folic acid IP - 1.5 mg

• Vit B12 IP - 15 mcg

• Vit C IP - 75 mg

• Zinc sulphate USP - 61.5 mg

• Equivalent to 22.5 mg of Elemental zinc

• Vitamin E - 15 i.U.

• Selenium - 60 mcg
