Kambert Machinery Co. Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine. It is used for cleaning ampoules, injection ampoules, vials and similar receptacles, cleaning articles directly from the cartons in which they are supplied. This machine is provided with a needle drum that advances intermittently and feeds the ampoules towards the spraying stations. The ampoules are then transferred into magazine or fed directly onto the conveyor belt of the sterilizing tunnels. Its intensive cleaning systems enables thorough rinsing and internal blow-dry on the cleaning due to the elimination of energy absorbing transfer components in the ultrasonic bath. The filter station on a through shaped based plate is easily accessible. Quick and simple cleaning of the ultrasonic bath tank is done through a cleaning port. It has facility of quick format changes and easily accessible controls.
