Europanelli Cleanrooms offers Wall Panels. Europanelli Cleanrooms are factory pre-fabricated and can be speedily and economically erected on-site with minimum down time. The Wall Panels are self-supporting, insulated walls with an interior aluminum framework.
Key Features of Wall Panels
- Standard walls are a composite construction of two skins of high pressure compact laminate over an aluminum framework with a sealed and insulated interior
- Standard panel dimensions are 4` wide with an overall length ranging from 8` to 10` and overall thickness upto 45 mm to 82 mm.
- Additional wall heights can be achieved by using a stacking technique
- The panel seams are sealed by silicone with a perfectly flush finishing
- Wall skin is an anti-scratch high pressure laminate [impregnated with a special phenolic resin to be fire resistant]
- Can have flush mounting of all coverings and accessories and guarantees compliance with cGMP, USFDA, UKMHRA, TGA etc,.
- The wall system is flexible, easy to assemble, and accepts changes to design in the field
- Can be removed or reconfigured for use in other locations.
