Water Resistant Skim Coat is specially developed as a finish coat to cover unevenness and pinholes in plastered surfaces and to resist ingress of water. Water Resistant Skim Coat improves paint adhesion and thus reduces cost of painting by prolonging paint life. It is lime-free. This is suitable for both trowel and brush application. It contains quartz powder, white cement, other fillers and a number of additives including polymers and micro silanes. It is available in the brand name of Plasto Proof.
