Flexible Water Proof Coat is specially developed as a base coat to cover unevenness and pinhole in plastered surfaces and to resist ingress of water. Flexible Water Proof Coat improves paint adhesion and thus reduces cost of painting by prolonging paint life. It is lime free. This is suitable for brush application. It contains white cement, quartz powder, other fillers and a number of additives including polymers and micro silanes. This can be available in the brand name of Plasto Seal.
