Portable Type Vibro Sifter is circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid form solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes. The Vibro Sifter is noiseless and maintenance free and is available in sizes such as 20", 30", 48", and 60". The Vibro Sifter ensures that the vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a designed vibratory motor having off centred weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The Vibro Sifter has the feature that the angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern and output. The Portable Type Vibro Sifter is a double and triple deck unit with different screens for easy to dismantle for cleaning screens.
