Product Profile of Double Column Bandsaw Machine
Double Column Bandsaw Machine is designed with the saw head unit supported by two rigid hard-chrome plated and ground vertical columns which are guided by PTFE self lubricated bushes. The Bandsaw Machine has the saw head moving in up & down motion and is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and regulated by a pressure compensated flow control valve. Double Column Bandsaw Machine is provided with a nesting fixture set that consists of hydraulically operated vertical clamps which are mounted on the rear and the front vices.
Key Features of Double Column Bandsaw Machine

- Blade guides: The Guide ensures accurate cutting & long blade life.
- It consists of spring loaded, self- adjusting carbide-faced inserts.
- Adjustment screws are provided to allow easy blade changing.
- The blade is guided by roller bearing & carbide wear pads.
- Saw feed: Saw head "up & down` motion is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and regulated by a pressure compensated flow control valve.
- Split front vice permits the work piece to be automatically indexed to a reduce remnant of 50mm only.
- Nesting fixture / bundle clamping: A Nesting fixture set consists of hydraulically operated vertical clamps which are mounted on the rear and the front vices.
