2. Flash heating and cooling is used to provide the soya beverage a more natural colour, taste and texture.

3. The carton material is made up of a barrier layer and layers of paperboard coated with polyethylene rendering it impermeable to liquids.
4. Aluminum foil is used as barrier layer, which acts as a barrier to oxygen, flavour and light thus, preventing any bacterial activity.
