This machine is a semi-automatic double-surface etching machine, where one can etch both sides of the sheet simultaneously. This machine has an automated roller that takes the sheet inside and the speed of these rollers can be controlled to increase and decrease the depth of etching.
Inside the Dual Jet Etching/ Cutting Machine, spray nozzles are placed on the top and at the bottom to spray the chemical on both sides of the sheet at once. This machine takes 5 to 7 minutes to do etching. The purpose of doing etching on both the sides is to cut the sheet with precision double-sided signage, etc. Idea Factory Equipments Pvt. Ltd offered Dual Jet Etching/ Cutting Machines are available in three models of sizes 2000 x 1200 x 1000 mm, 2000 x 1400 x 1000 mm and 2000 x 1600 x 1000 mm. The gross power rating is 380 V/ 4.5 kW, 380 V/ 5.5 kW and 380 V/7.8 kW. The working temperature is less than 60 Degree C.
