The Defect Free Pre-Laminated Particle Board is made with high grammage imported décor paper melamine which is infused and the machine pressed onto both surfaces of the particle board or MDF, under a controlled temperature and pressure. The procedure results in the permanent bonding of the board and the laminate, and it ensures that the product is free from all defects like waviness, telescopy and air pockets. Defect Free Pre-Laminated Particle Board is manufactured according to Indian specifications [BIS]. This Pre-Laminated Particle Board finds application in partitioning, paneling, false ceiling, cupboard shutters, furniture and panel door inserts. The standard thickness of the product is 6, 9, 12, 18, 25 mm and standard size measures 8x4, 8x6, 9x6, 9x3, 6x4, 6x3, 8x3 feet.
