Vinay Industries is manufacturing Flash Mixers. The Flash Mixers are precision engineered from powerful motors and well designed gear boxes with hardened gears. These comprise of shafts and stirrers made of stainless steel as required by the client’s effluent. Agitation / mixing of chemicals can also be done by fine / coarse bubbling against specific needs by polymer fine bubble diffusers and diaphragm pumps.
Vinay Industries offers different types of chemical dosing system, pretreatment plants, flash mixer, clariflocculator, clarifiers, boiler feed water filtration, D.M plants, mobile filtration systems, swimming filtration plants, water softening plants, etc. The speed of Flash Mixers varies from 20- 100 rpm which is attained by use of worm or helical gear reduction boxes.
