Insulation is made of extruded silicone rubber/ glass braid / braid covering and Jacket is made of silicone rubber and is orange in colour. Armor is Braided Aluminum. These cables are one pair armored thermocouple, suitable for non-watertight, non-flexing services. They are non-watertight for mission-critical environments and meet the 1 hour fire electrical circuit integrity requirements. Thermoset system is used for advanced mechanical fortification and this One Pair, 16 AWG and 21 AWG, Armored Cable is built in compliance to M24643/24 Quality Programs and has certifications of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9001:2000, etc.
