Core Assembly of Air Core Foam Skin Bonded Cable include 3600 pairs and less: made of 100 pair super-units consisting of four [4] 25 pair sub-units. Each group is individually identifiable by color-coded unit binders. The Core Wrap of Air Core Foam Skin Bonded Cable includes non-hygroscopic dielectric tape, applied longitudinally with an overlap. The Aluminum Shield is made of corrugated, 0.008 inch aluminum tape, applied longitudinally. The Air Core Foam Skin Bonded Cable is intended for pressurized urban underground duct installation.
