The Single Skin Insulated False Ceiling is available in size 610 x 1220 mm made of 6 mm thick cement Asbestos Free Boards, conforming to IS: 14276: 1995. It is bonded with 32 mm thick expanded polystyrene core having bulk density 15 kg/cum. With regard to Single Skin Insulated False Ceiling, the cement boards and expanded polystyrene cores are bonded together using Polyvinyl Acetate based bonding material. The Single Skin Insulated False Ceiling panels are placed onto a suspended grid frame of size 610 x 1220 mm. The Single Skin Insulated False Ceiling grid is suspended from the roof framework with the help of galvanized wire of 3.0 mm diameter.
