P.M.S. Engineering [International] Services is bringing Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps [CIP able Pumps], Universal II series. The Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps are applicable for low and high viscosity fluids, non-lubricating and abrasive fluids. The Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps offer 3-way mounting. The Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps ensure good priming ability, highly efficiency, metering capability and perfect flow control. These Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps provide long service life even under sever operating environment.
Some Sanitation Features of these Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps:

• Rotor/shaft connection sealed from product zone.

• Cover is tree draining in horizontal or vertical port positions.

• Stainless steel bearing frame optional on models 006 to 220

• Single mechanical seals standard. Optional double mechanical seals also available.

• Seal flush optional: seal areas interconnected to improve circulation and draining to seal flush fluid. Steam-in-Place also is optional.

• CIP capability available. Pump body has optional internal flat body profile and will free drain with vertical ports. Optional rotor and body hub drilling provided for difficult CIP cleaning applications.

• Up to 500 [34, 5 bar] PSI pressure capability.

• Double tapered roller bearings on all models.

• Heavy duty bearing frame [stainless steel available as an option].

• O-Ring on inner seal, seals on clean surface as sea! Moves due to wear.

• Extended outer seal life. A wave spring, instead of an 0-ring, mechanically loads the seal.

• Body retaining screws for maintaining mechanical seal contact during inspection.

• Unique mechanical seal design utilizes 3 pin stationary seal and special design shaft for rotary seal.

• Larger diameter 17-4 PH shafts for greater strength and stiffness. Helps eliminate vibration; extends seal life.

• Greased lubed bearings for positive lubrication to all bearings over entire speed, temperature and pressure range.
