R B Electronic & Engineering offers Sample Dyeing Machine. INFRACOLOUR is environmental friendly, easy to use Sample Dyeing Machine. With InfraColour there is no pollution, no smoke or bad smell in working area, as is the case with conventional baths. IR radiation heating enables efficient heating of beakers resulting in optimum dyeing conditions. As infrared radiations are used for heating, there is no contamination of beakers with messy heating medium and hence the working is cleaner. More dyeing cycles are possible with Infra Colour as preparation and cleaning time is greatly reduced. `Injection Dosing System` is provided for making time-to-time additions to the beakers without opening the beakers. Variable speed rotation of beakers carriage assembly facilitates dyeing of all types of fabric and yarn samples with all classes of dyes. Automation is through microprocessor programmer DC4 FIR and MC 10. Following models are available: IR-N Model - I: 16 x 100 ml, 24 x 100 ml, 12 x 250 ml, 8 x 500 ml, 4 x 1000 ml, 18 x 250 ml, 12 x 500 ml, 8 x 1000 ml, 2 x 6000 ml, and 6 x 6000 ml. Mini IR: 12 x 75 ml, 12 x100 ml, 12 x 150 ml and 12 x 200 ml. Beakers suitable for wash fastness test as per ISO & BS specification can be offered as an option in Model - 1 [lR-N].
