• It is made of fully with graphite hot zone insulation & heater design, manufacture and assembly - understanding the unique strengths of this insulation and heater system.

• Entire hot zone of dynatech vacuum furnace is faced with cfc panels which enables minimal, if not, zero maintenance of it`s hot zones, as a standard feature

• This heat-treating furnace provides double walled carbon steel and stainless steel vessels

• These furnaces are equipped with internal heat exchanger and quench fan with motor

• Dynatech is fully geared to come up to the demanding leak tightness requirements of the vacuum furnaces for auto-component brazing requirement - it has demonstrated vacuum leak rates of up to 1 micron/ hour
