Due to insulation no heat is loss to atmosphere. The Burner cutoff once the desired temperature is achieved and restart as its lower set point. Energy Efficient Hot Bath has mono block burner which works on single phase supply, reduces power consumption. It is applied for Phosphating, Degreasing and Hot rinsing tanks in surface pre-treatment.
