Gigabyte united has launched a range of dynamic energy saver motherboards. The new range including x48, x38 and p35-based motherboards is said to deliver power savings of up to 70 per cent and up to 20 per cent improved power efficiency.
The multi-gear power phase design of dynamic energy saver allows for the efficient switching of power phases depending on cpu work loading. In meter mode, dynamic energy saver shows how much power users have saved in a set period of time. In total mode, users are able to see how much total power savings they have accumulated since activating dynamic energy saver for the first time.
