Air Cooled Heat Exchanger has the following features: Finned Tubes:

• `G` Type grooved embedded fins for fluid temperatures up to 400 degree C

• Extruded bi-metallic tubes for fluid temperatures up to 280 degree C and wherever film condensation on fins or saline atmospheric condition exists.
Headers:

• Plug type headers for design pressure up to 200 bar.

• Removable cover plate header up to a design pressure of 30 bar or fluids with higher fouling characteristics.

• Manifold pipe header for design pressures higher than 200 bar.
Materials of Construction:

• Carbon steel with or without NACE requirement and/or HIC testing.

• Chromium molybdenum [chrome-moly] alloy steel.

• Stainless steel alloys.

• Duplex stainless steel alloys.

• In colloy material.
