This precision machined gear are acknowledged for their robust design, sturdy construction, hassle free long service life, excellent surface finish, customization capability and can be utilized for various applications like Speed Reduction or Increase, Torque Multiplication, Resolution and Accuracy Enhancement for Positioning System. Gears are generally manufactured from medium carbon steel for high strength and durability and can be optionally Induction / Flame Hardened for more rugged application. The range of the Industrial Gears comprises of:
- SPUR GEARS: It transmits rotary motion between parallel shafts rotating at different speed [Maximum O.D. 1525 mm, Module 30].
- HELICAL & DOUBLE HELICAL GEARS : The leading edges of teeth of these type of gear are not parallel to the axis of rotation but set at an angle [ Up to 30 degree helix ] that allows more gradual and smoother meshing between gear wheels . [Max. O.D. 1200 mm, Module 20].
- BEVEL GEARS: These gears transmit motion between non parallel and intersecting axis generally at right angle. These gears are cut to the Gleason System with 20 degree pressure angle and can be supplied in pair to ensure correct matching [Up to 800 mm O.D., Module 18]
- INTERNAL GEARS: These Gears used with pinion accounted for evenly distributed load providing increased weight bearing to the gear [Max I.D. 800 mm, Module 12].
- WORM GEARS : These Gears are used to transmit motion between perpendicular non intersecting shafts and generally used for large gear reduction [Up to 15" C.D., Module 20].
- CROWN PINIONS: These Gears transmit torque by sliding contact.
- RACK PINION GEARS: These gears are used to convert rotary and linear motion. [Up to 2000 mm length, Module 16]
- PINIONS: The smallest type of Gear that can transform torque into force and can reduce load. Our pinions are noted for excellent wear resistance, heat distortion regulation, ability to offer noiseless and vibration free operation.
