Energy management devices provides automatic voltage regulators for voltage classes 33 kv, 11 kv and 415 v, capacities ranging from 25 kva [415v] to 5000 kva [33 kv]. These products are manufactured by ikon engineer. These regulators are available in dry and oil-cooled types, with or without built-in transformers. Though the normal input voltage range is 3 kv the company offers input voltage 6.5 kv to 12 kv [i.E., 5.5 kv band] and 27 kv and 36 kv [i.E., 9 kv]. Output voltage is stabilised at +-1% of nominal output voltage. These voltage regulators smoothen out the voltage fluctuations. The sophisticated design buck-boost transformer and rolling contact regulator has made these regulators superior to conventional regulators.
