Adion technologies pvt. Ltd. Presents digital video recorder.
Digital video recorder [dvr] is a device that records video data captured from multiple cameras in digital format on a hard drive as opposed to a vcr tape. A dvr system has features similar to a vcr such as recording, playback, fast forwarding, rewinding, and pausing. In addition, it enables many more advanced features such as direct search by date and time, motion-based recording, object search, remote viewing through internet or from lan, etc. Dvr systems use digital video compression technology such as m-jpeg & mpeg-4 compression algorithms to reduce disk storage requirement for video data.
Stand-alone dvr server systems are optimized for saving space and ease of operation. It does not require a separate pc. Adion pro series standalone system offers 8 channels of real-time recording and comes with a hand-held remote control for ease of operation and can be operated by security guards not familiar with pc operation. Adion standard series offers up to 4 channel of video recording.
