S.S. Packaging Industries is the manufacturer of Semi-Automatic Carton Forming Machine. The Semi-Automatic Carton Forming Machine is designed in a manner in which folded cartons held in a magazine are unfolded one at a time through a vacuum system and placed manually on the bottom Flap Folding Machine. After the bottom flaps are folded, the carton is pushed out manually to the Carton Sealing Machine where the bottom flaps are sealed with adhesive tape [BOPP].
In the Semi-Automatic Carton Forming Machine by S.S. Packaging Industries the operator presses the button in the bottom flap folding machine. The swivel arm attached to magazine swings by 90 degree to take a carton and then the cartons are pushed forward till the vacuum switch registers a vacuum through the vacuum system activated in the Machine. The swivel arm swings back to its initial position and unfolds the carton. An operator is required to put the carton into the bottom flap folding machine so that the outer flap of the carton can operate a wire switch and the folding mechanism is triggered.
As soon as the bottom flaps of the carton are folded, the carton is held firmly by the centering bars and now the carton can be pushed out to the Machine manually. The Machine them returns to its reset position before a new carton can be put in. The pushed out carton is sealed with adhesive tape [BOPP] at the bottom by the Carton Sealing Machine.
