S.S. Packaging Industries is the manufacturer of Gravity Filler-cum-Screw Capper and Monoblock Machine. In this machine, the in-built conveyor transfers the filled bottles to the next station of operation. The filling principle is volumetric, positive displacement of product with piston and cylinder arrangement. The cylinders rotate on cams with sliding blocks made up with a special imported strip. Amount of bottle fill is governed precisely by the length of the piston strike, which in turn is controlled by the scope of the cam track. A fine thread adjustment screw tilts the cam track either upward or downward to compensate for variations in the rate of product flow or changes in container sizes. The Gravity Filler-cum-Screw Capper and Monoblock Machine is fitted with `No Bottle-No Fill` device, after sensing the bottle the two electronic sensors signals the solenoid valve which operate the pneumatic cylinder and filling valve gets open and close only by the signal.
