S.S. Packaging Industries is the manufacturer of Bulk Cap Elevator. The Bulk Cap Elevators are fitted on bottling line with a high production capacity. They feed the caps automatically to bowl of capping/sealing machine feeder. In the Bulk Cap Elevator, caps are stored in bulk quantity in a large S.S. Tank manufactured in stainless steel and they are carried up to the vibratory bowl by an imported Nylon elevating belt. Elevating the caps by belt prevents damage/scoring of the caps during their transfer.
The automatic cap elevator is provided with a micro switch / sensor which maintain a constant level of caps in the feeder bowl by stopping the feeding automatically when feeder is full. In the Bulk Cap Elevator by S.S. Packaging Industries height can be adjusted so that it can be easily fitted to the capping machine and is provided with electrical panel placed in a leak proof box with all start/stop devices/sensors etc., at 24 volts. This Bulk Cap Elevator can be kept any where near the capping/sealing machine.
