The resistance to shock loads and stiffness of the wood are average. During the seasoning the woods dries quickly with little degrade. The wood works easily with the hand machine tools and has minimum blunting effects on the edges. The durability of the wood is excellent. The wood is used for cabinet making, fancy turnery, carvings, knife handles, spirit levels, paddles and agricultural elements etc.
