In 1980, KILBAN FOODS [INDIA] PVT LTD. Established unit and in 1986 the production of Squashes, Jams and Sauces began on a large scale. The company offers Jams with three types; Pineapple Fruit Jam, Mixed Fruit Jam & Mango Fruit Jam. These jams are prepared by boiling fruit pulp with sugar to the required consistency. It should be thick, spread able, not sticky only sound and fully ripened fruits are used for extraction of pulp. Jam is used as a spread in bread and cakes, topping biscuits.
