This Mixer Cum Roaster Roasting Machine is suitable for Frying / roasting Onion, Coriander, Coconut; to remove moisture and enhance the shelf life of Powder, Chemicals, Spices. The Mixer Cum Roaster blender comprises of outer & inner spiral ribbons supported on centrally mounted longitudinal axis. The material is carried radially around the inside of the blender when the agitator is rotated. The Outer & inner ribbon moves material in opposite directions resulting in triple mixing action. The Oil immersion Heaters of 3 K.W. Heats up the `Hytherm 500`Thermic fluid oil [H.P. Make] in the jacket. Then the material in the container is uniformly mixed or heated by helical shape Blades.

• Thermostat is connected to the Control Panel to maintain temperature of the Thermostat at 1800 to 1850 C.
