Nav bharat industries offers maize sheller. It is designed to give maximum output of cleaned grain with very low power consumption. This machine has output of nearly 30 quintals per hour. It works very smoothly without causing any stress on the prime mover and it is operated by tractors. The machine has a beater cylinder inside, which is made of heavy iron sheet for better performance .The maize is fed into the, maize sheller with cover and the it removes maize cover, maize cobs and grains separately .The covers are thrown out of the machine and the exhaust fan cleans the maize grains. It separates the grains from the cobs with considerable speed without any breakage or damage to the grains.
