Key Features of DC and Plating Rectifiers
- Rectifiers will be designed such that it will take up/absorb the Spike/Surges produced in the system, which no other manufacturer is giving. The spike which being of very high voltage persists for milisec if passed on to the system, will result into damage/burnt of all the electrical/electronic devices connected with it results in heavy loss.
- Our DC rectifiers and plating rectifiers will be suitable for 100% load for continuous duty cycle and recommended to put 10% over load also.
- The efficiency of the transformer used in the dc rectifiers and plating rectifiers will be more than 95%.
- The Ripple contents of the DC and plating rectifiers will not be more than 5% of the value while in other manufacturers` case, the Ripple contents are always higher even more than 10% by which the output DC voltage will not be pure and will not perform efficiently.
