A. H. Industrial Corporation offers Strip Bars. Strip bars are used for fitting the knives on it. The knife strips are made of both hard and mild steel. The mild knife backs are drawn to give it a hard surface and sharp corners. The holes are drilled into the bar for easy fitting of knife into it.
