The ultra intelligent actuator from maxima is a high speed positioning system which incorporates either a precision ball rail and ball screw drive. It is designed to transport heavy loads at high production speeds complementing the entire family of modular linear motion system. The company can provide a stroke range of 50 to 1800mm in ball screw actuators and 50 to 3800 mm in timing belt actuators. The maximum dynamic load capacity up to 13000n is available. The repeatability accuracy ± 5 microns. A wide range of accessories like motor mounting [standard 16, 23 and 34 nema sizes or customized motor mount], sensor rail, sensors, couplings [oldham, flexible, bellow], is also available. The company has attained class 10 for in-house clean room actuators and certified by psb corporation according to federal standard 209e.
