Batlibol introduces high quality dart cnc milling machine. Superb static and dynamic rigidity with bed type configuration is the salient feature of the machine. The machine comprise spindle with tefc induction motor and12 speed gearbox. The ac servo motors are directly attached with ball screws for all the three axes. All the three axes have hardened and ground pre-loaded ball screws. Lm guideways are provided for all for fast and accurate positioning of slides. The machine also contains power tool clamping and conveniently placed control panel. At the time of power cut z-axis dropping is avoided by counterbalanced spindle carrier.
