• The heart of this system is the Mechanical Atomisation Device that consists of concentric cones and a disc mounted on the disc hub. The fan also has grid ring around its periphery. Water fed into splashes against the disc and centrifugally surrounds the blades of the fan, before striking the peripheral grid ring. The water is thus pulverised into small particles that evaporate on contact with air flow
• The system effectively meets both low and high humidity requirements - up to 85 % without supplementary humidification.
• Fine atomisation and eliminator type diffusers ensure that free water droplets are not blown into the room.
• The diffusers are slidable. Other components like filters and heaters are specifically selected for each application.
• A debimeter glass tube permits visual monitoring of water supply for a given room condition. This is particularly helpful for manual control.
• Absence of nozzles means less pressure drop on the airside inside unit, resulting in a higher air throw.
