Special features: Kic brand independent lathe chucks are manufactured specially for heavy-duty and rigid gripping. Bodies of graded casting are made from selected materials; brinell hardness is kept to the standard ratio. Finishing is done throughout the body.
Test: every chuck, after completion is put on test.
A dial indicator tests the gripping of jaws.
Grinding: round back and front surfaces of body are ground for accurate running.
Each and every step of jaws is ground to precision, accurate and for exact holding. Supervision: finally, every jaw is checked with the micrometer under specialised supervision regularly.
