Mankoo machine tools supplies pillar presses that are highly precise, combined with accuracy and the most suitable design for various tough jobs.
The primary function of the pillar press is to resist the forces created during operation and maintenance of proper die alignment.
It consists of two pillars and a bed in the center. The ram works with a pressure on the bed with a die in between for greater impact and natural grip. The very design ensures additional stiffness especially on the points where maximum stress and jerks are possible, thereby eliminating chances of deflection and comparatively increasing economical results.
Frames of the machine are made from the best quality heavy section steel plates, appropriately welded with a finished function of co2` mig welding, etc.
Standard features: provision for knock out bar in the ram; six point square gibbing ram; reach for the adjustment of ram from the pressure screw; hgih quality double and hardened rolling key; bedplate with "t" slot; and centre hole in bed and bedplate as per requirement.
Optional features: stroke length other than the standard; lubrication pump with joints and pipes; shut height other than the standard; and electrical motor and switch/starter.
