Magnetically biased, self-latching, epoxy potted reed switches are mounted on Glass epoxy PCB marked in cm. They change from NO to NC or otherwise, as the float passes them. The switches keep latched even if the float moves up further, till it comes back. Contacts are unaffected by corrosion, since these Magnetic Level Switches are hermetically sealed.
