Prima engineering industries produces rotary cutting unit. The features of the product are,
- Machines available in widths of 32" [800 mm], 39" [1000 mm] & 48" [1200 mm]
- Top & bottom gauge rolls of 300 mm dia. Bottom gauge roll lifted / lowered through imported jactuators, keeping the top gauge roll in a fixed position
- Side plates for gauge rolls are of 40 mm thick mild steel plates
- Side plates for all other conveyors are of 20 mm thick mild steel plates
- Mechanical tensioning and tracking arrangements provided for all canvases
- All conveyors & gauge roll units driven by in-line helical geared motors fitted with frequency controllers for speed variation
