Selectron process controls manufactures a self -powered 8-digit compact lcd counter lxc 900. This is available in ac and dc versions. The dc version of the lcd counters accepts inputs from proximity sensor, solid state sensor [3 - 30 v dc] and a potential free contact and ac version accepts a direct pulse of 230 v ac. The voltage supply of this lcd counters is 24 - 260 v ac [for ac version] or 3 - 30 v dc [for dc version]. It has a five years battery back up and terminal / front reset facility are its added salient advantages.
