Product Profile of Energy Saving Evaporative Condenser
Energy Saving Evaporative Condenser is a combination of condenser and cooling tower and substitutes the shell and tube condenser and totally eliminates the cooling water circuit. The Condenser is available in normal capacity range of 187 MCALS/ hr to 3393 MCALS/ hr and coil bundle is made of stainless steel tubes with buffed surface unlike others which is hot dip galvanised with a rough surface inducing scale formation. The Condenser has FRP made side panels for the coil sections and FRP doors and top cover for the fan section to provide corrosion free service thus adding to the life of the unit and the structure for coil bundle is made out of formed galvanised iron sheets. The Energy Saving Evaporative Condenser has tie-rod support for the coil bundle has PVC/ neoprene sleeve to prevent damage to the tubes due to any vibration of the tubes in the coil bundle and has provision of individual coil expanded into the header that can be individually identified for leakage and plugging.
