The hydropneumatic bladder and diaphragm accumulators are available in capacities up to 5.5 litres. Epe accumulators are widely used in hydraulic systems for following applications: fluid power storages; counter balances; pulsation dampers; hydraulic semi shock dampers; emergency energy reserves; shock absorbers; volume compensators; hydraulic springs; pressure compensators; and fluid separators. Construction features of the hydropneumatic bladder and diaphragm accumulators: comprise of a shell, seamless bladder, gas valve and a fluid port incorporating a poppet valve. The shell is a pressure vessel forged, designed produced to meet relevant international standards. The hydropneumatic bladder is a unique single piece moulded construction, thereby avoiding problems associated with bladders of seamed constructions. Gas valve is incorporated with a non-return valve for inflation of the bladder. Anti extrusion valve is a poppet valve fitted into the fluid port, which allows oil to flow from the accumulator to the system and prevents extrusion of bladder into the fluid port.
