Eaton filtration pvt ltd has introduced the multi-bag filter housings, which are used in applications where the flow rates are too high for a single-bag housing to handle.
Eaton multi-bag housings comes in seven different pipe size connections with the filter bag capacities ranging from 3 to 24.
Features: Stainless steel or carbon steel construction; low profile design for easy bag change -out; choice of viton or buna-n seals; perforated stainless steel bag restrainer basket; and choice of housing with 3 to 24-filter bag capacity. Maxiline mbf - sets the standard for ease of use in swing bolt closure filter housings. Incorporating the same low profile design as the vmbf, the maxiline mbf is built close to the floor, meaning less strain on the operator when it is time to change filter bags. The spring-assisted hinge makes lifting of the cover easy, and individual bag hold-downs are provided for excellent sealing.
Maxiline mbf housings are available in carbon steel and, for superior corrosion resistance, in type 304 or 316 stainless steel. They are rated to 10 bars with filter bag capacities of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 12 and even size 02, double length bags.
