This ARMSOUND FLOOR is a closed cell elastomeric layer that has been designed as an underscreed resilient layer. Resilient layers provide a separation between the concrete base and the floating layer which is laid ontop. By completely covering and sealing the resilient layer direct contact between the concrete base and the floating layer is eliminated.
When the floor system is completed, the resilient layer acts as an acoustic insulation device, dramatically reducing impact sound and aiding room to room attenuation.
