This kit consists of "cleaner", "dye penetrate" and "developer" that is used for non destructive testing of cracks and micron sized flaws on the surfaces. It may appear after welding, casting, forging, machining operations etc. It can be mainly used for testing various components made from ferrous, non ferrous, glass, ceramic alloys etc. The product is free from sulphur and chloride and conforms to astm e 165 and is 3658 for the code of practice for liquid penetration flow detection. This has capacity of detection cracks as micron deep on ni - cr test panels.
